The Company engages its subsidiaries, PetroKamchatka Services in Canada and LukinCholot in Russia, to assist it in carrying on its business activities. PetroKamchatka Services is located at 1000, 505 - 3rd Street S.W., Calgary, Alberta, T2P 3E6, Canada. LukinCholot is located at Office 80, 106 Mishennaya St., Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, 683016 Russia.
At September 30, 2009, PetroKamchatka had 85 employees and consultants, of which eleven were located in Calgary, Canada, six were in Moscow, Russia, and 65 were located in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatka, Russia in proximity to PetroKamchatka's licences. Three were located elsewhere. The Company also has access to a core of key technical experts who provide services on a consulting basis, as and when required.
None of PetroKamchatka's employees are represented by a union or employed pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement or similar arrangement.
All the officers of PetroKamchatka, across its various jurisdictions, are compensated via a combination of salary, performance-based cash and stock bonuses, and the Company's long-term incentive option programme.
