The Restaurant
The restaurant at this hotel serves up a panoramic view over the Bay of Cannes as a backdrop to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Fernand Barbosa concocts a menu of the day plus a range of à la carte Provencal and Mediterranean dishes. Meals for special occasions organised on request. Continental breakfasts can also be served in your room.
